We had the opportunity to present our approach to coastal protection and the restoration of eroding saltmarshes in Langstone Harbour, building on lessons learned from successful projects in the Netherlands and our own experience in many projects. It was encouraging to see the strong interest from the audience and to receive such a positive response. Events like ReMeMaRe demonstrate the value of sharing knowledge and collaborating across borders to tackle the challenges facing our coastal ecosystems. We look forward to continuing the exchange of ideas and working together on resilient, nature-based coastal solutions.
